Because the main stream simply believe that our weather is driven by heat alone, they can spend seemingly endless amounts of funding making up experiments to prove themselves wrong.
By them automatically knowing that they are right in their guesswork though, with it being a thermal process only rather than an obvious electrical catalyst, they can safely spin out the research for some time when the data comes back different to their prediction.

THE FIRST FIVE MONTHS
As we move into the twentieth century we have already seen our world change like we has never seen it before and not just through natural forces but also because of man’s involvement.
Yes undoubtedly there have been massive upheavals in the past which have been documented in rock carvings as well as through the oral and written traditions of our forbears. But in this modern time this is something which is strangely disturbing as the traditionalists in science guess as to the reasons.
But as yet, you wont hear them warning of pumping vast amounts of metal particulates into our dielectric atmosphere. Increasing the electromagnetic conductivity of our atmosphere is producing artificial discharge channels.
There will be many consequences to this, including turning our atmosphere into a microwave oven as the electricity shoots through. Have you noticed how Sun-Block is a lot less effective these days with people starting to burn in relatively low heat conditions.
This is because they have been designed to primarily block Ultra Violet light and not electricity. Heat like UV is a product of electricity and so must be seen in the same light and that is a potential health hazard.

DIOCOTRON INSTABILITY
When a discharge hits a surface and has little power it will leave a crater that is round. As the power increase the magnetic fields start to pull in the sides of the discharges. So as the power increases a crater will start to have sides which are straight. This will eventually lead to square craters when the power is very high. But the Hexagon is the most common in nature and due to the power going through some galaxies, it even makes them a hexagon shape.

CHARGE IS ALL AROUND US
A bit different this one with the electrical hexagon helping to show the electrical power in our dielectric atmosphere but instead rather than showing a hexagon’s power, it's a hexicopter holding the wire that shows the power.
Electricity naturally comes in fits and starts and so through experimentation capacitors were dreamed up to smooth out the flow of energy so we could then use it in electrical devices. To make living on Earth more livable we have the Earth/Ionosphere system with an atmosphere acting as the dielectric between the two poles (a capacitor).
So even though the electrical flow from galactic centre might reduce in power from time to time, unless all the stars down our galactic arm go out, the power will return after some length of time and hopefully not too long a ‘some length of time’.
As was shown last time during the sixth century, the dielectric even after a sustained length of time, was still discharging to earth as it empties itself of charge. Plus with the boosts of electrical power from the short duration periods of bright luminosity on the sun, there was still just enough juice continually flowing in our system to keep the planet ticking over, if not exactly thriving.

BIG OR SMALL IT’S JUST THE SAME
After just over a century of tomfoolery and driving us into brick walls with non sensible guesswork, Common Sense must now have a big say in modern thinking. As well as in the world of the very big, this also of course applies to the very small. Our brain's and central nervous systems work with electricity and we live in an electric environment.

Ever since they invented quantum theory in the early 1900s, explains Maroney, who is himself a physicist at the University of Oxford, UK, they have been talking about how strange it is — how it allows particles and atoms to move in many directions at once, for example, or to spin clockwise and anticlockwise simultaneously. But talk is not proof, says Maroney. “If we tell the public that quantum theory is weird, we better go out and test that's actually true,” he says. “Otherwise we're not doing science, we're just explaining some funny squiggles on a blackboard.”

A SUMMER WARNING FOR THE UK
In order to keep the indoctrination of the young to the fore in the UK, one of the high priests of scientism is going to do his level best to keep any type of true scientific method out of their consciousness. Do not let your children be seduced by the dark-side of black-holes, dark-matter and the like but instead, introduce them to the (electric) light & what Real Science is all about. But it does just go to show that we have now got the mainstream really, really worried by a true scientific method and what is turning out to be really true.
Absolutely we need to get the kids interested in science, but contorted mathematical guesswork isn't science. True Science uses a proper Scientific Method of Observation, Measurement, Lab Experimentation & Prediction That Proves Correct. What scientism represents is being continually wrong and so is nothing more than bad fiction. Notice we don't even say science fiction and this is because there is no scientific method involved in the poorly imagined speculation.
